Embroidery Designs

Damas Pobres

We are a religious community of contemplative life, we belong to the Franciscan family and profess the Rule of St. Clare: living the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. We live in accordance to the spirituality and ideals that Venerable Maria Lorenza Longo had when she founded the Capuchin Sisters in Napoles, Italy in 1535.

We support ourselves financially by sewing and embroidering vestments, dalmatics, banners, altar cloths, albs, and altar linens such as purificators, corporals, finger towels and palls. We work on a digitizing software that allows us to customize and create a diversity of designs. Other items include:

  • Personalized towels

  • Pillow cases

  • Table cloths
